At Rathi Steel, we offer pressure die cast components made of steel and manufactured by perfect die castings, steel castings. We specialize in non porous casting of intricate designs and complex shapes and have special arrangements to deal with micro porosity. The company has in-house arrangements for mould making and our die-cast components are offered in fully machined and finished condition.

We have the custom capabilities to produce castings that conform to exact specifications as per the requirements of the clients. Rathi Steel caters to the highest degree of precision required in the process, production and development of Steel Castings.

In the early 1980s, we anticipated that the demand for high quality steel castings for use by sugar, cement and steel plants, material handling equipment manufacturers, high pressure hydraulic presses, forging press manufacturers, etc. would increase manifold.

Our R & D specialists set to work on the indigenous development of this state of the art technology to make tailor made casting. It was decided to concentrate on big sized castings. Continuous effort by our R & D cell and a determination to perfect this sophisticated technique has made us specialists of steel castings and alloy steel castings. RIL today makes single piece casting upto 45 tonnes. This has resulted not just in import substitution but has met the exacting standards laid down by renowned German companies like F L Smidht and earned the approval of Lloyds in India.
