New Standards in Alloy and Stainless Steel
In the early 80's the management decided to diversity into the manufacture
of value added alloy steel and steel castings. A R & D Cell was set up
with a mandate to develop technology to manufacture consistent high quality
alloy steel, stainless steel and castings. By continuous R & D and
steadfast determination, techniques have been developed to make various
grades of alloy and stainless steel and steel casting upto 45MT single
piece.
It is this pursuit of quality that has given us the edge. We have developed
low nickel stainless steel to meet the increasing demand for utensils and
other products. As a result, there has been a significant decrease in the
cost of stainless steel of this grade without affecting the quality of
steel.
Both in alloy and stainless steel we offer our customers a wide range of
products in various shapes, including blooms, billets, R.C.S. square/polygon
shaped Gothic ingots, flats, round bars, coils etc. The quality of our
products have set new standards and are tailor made to suit the requirement
of our valued customers. This tradition of excellence has enabled our
stainless steel to be accepted in the export market also and is today being
exported to many countries where perfection is the standard code of
acceptance.
An RIL Specialization
We manufacture carbon and alloy steel casting in various grades according
to Indian (BIS) German (DIN) and British (BS) specifications, among others.
The range of products extends from simple castings like Trash Plates to
sophisticated bi-part gears for Cement kilns, hydraulic presses of 1600
tonne capacity and mantle cores used in crushing of ores. Our castings are
tailor made to the requirements of our buyers. Our select list of customers
include Larsen and Toubro Ltd., Macneilly Bharat Engineering, Walchandnagar
