The philosophy of making the quality castings and offering reliability in service results in one of lowest product failure in our foundry and at customer's end.

The Inspection Department is responsible for all aspects of Quality Control from receiving raw material, control of all machining processes, welding, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, up-gradation, cleaning and packing. A permanent record of all completed quality goals is prepared and sent to customers.

Casting production at Rathi Steel, are being produced under the inspection of Lloyd's Register of Industrial Services, Bureau Veritas (India) Ltd., SGS Pvt. Limited, Indian Register of Shipping, Chief Inspector of Boilers, National Federation of Co-operative Sugar Factories and various other consultancy organizations and all these recognition's are heralding our impeccable credentials on the entire quality spectrum.
