MAIN FACILITY
Our manufacturing facility is located just 20km away from Delhi. Equipped with two high powered eccentric bottom tapping electric arc furnaces for slag free tapping, ladle refining furnace, twin strand 6 metre radius billet casting machine with closed casting facility and continuous charging of hot briguetted iron and sponge iron. The plant has some of the most sophisticated production systems used in steel making the world over. We operate state of the art side blown AOD vessels of German design to manufacture various grades of stainless steel, a sophisticated casting shop and induction furnace.

We possess comprehensive facilities that include argon purging, cored wire feeding, ladle injection facility, digital temperature display system with computerized feedback and a modern metallurgical lab equipped with Oxygen and Nitrogen analyzer, Hydrogen determinator, 20 channel computerized spectrometer, portable wide range X-Met 880 slag, ferro alloy and scrap analyzer, 30 channel computerized spectrometer etc. It is no wonder that today our plant is considered to be having the most modern facility in Northern India and is among the best equipped to produce various grades of high quality steel.

Engineering Division
The Engineering division occupies a pride of place in our group. Manned by highly qualified and trained engineers, this section is responsible for the development of machinery required for the modernization and expansion of the existing plants. Its experience lies in the areas of designing and manufacturing Rolling Mill Housing, Reduction Gear Boxes, Pinion Gear Boxes, Roller Table, Turning Walls, Pinch Rolls, Hi Pressure Blowers etc.

The division has successfully designed, fabricated and erected Electric Arc Furnace Shells, Oil/Gas fired Reheating Furnace, Heat Treatment Furnace and EOT Crane. The A.O.D. Convertors were fabricated in-house as per German design and are working most satisfactory.
